Below formula could be used to calculate the estimate frequency when the CCS performance is better than copper with same diameter.
When frequency is higher than
(0.075/t)^2 Mhz, ————-t is the thickness of copper layer on CCS surface.

When frequency reach
(0.014/t)^2 Mhz————-t is the thickness of copper layer on CCS surface.
CCS highest conductivity compare with copper with same diameter.
For example, when copper thickness is 0.03mm, according to the formula above, CCS will offer better conductivity when the frequency is higher than (0.075/0.03)^2 = 6.25 Mhz. And when frequency reach (0.014/0.03)^2= 6.76Mhz, CCS reach it’s best performance compare with copper with same diameter.
